Dr. Melissa Arnold is a licensed, board-certified Chiropractor with over 17 years experience in the health care field. Her career began as a Licensed Massage Therapist after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1992. She quickly felt divinely inspired to become a Chiropractor to better serve her clientele of elite, professional cyclists and triathletes. Dr. Arnold graduated from the world-renowned Life Chiropractic College in 1998.

In her practice, Dr. Arnold offers you quality time and listens to you because she believes you hold the key to your wellness. She masterfully blends the power and magic of Chiropractic with the comfort and healing of Massage Therapy to provide the Perfect Blend. Dedicated to her unique holistic practice, Dr. Arnold attends numerous seminars each year to learn the latest research and most current applications to empower your healing.

Dr. Arnold adjusts the spine and extremities using a variety of methods ranging from hands only, hand-held instruments, and computer-driven mechanical tables. The techniques incorporated include: Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Spinal Decompression, Light/Laser Therapy, Thompson Drop, Light Touch/Low Force Meningeal Release, and Activator/Percussor/Adjustor Instruments. These proven, scientific techniques combined with the experience of several Massage therapies including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, and Reflexology lead to a synergistic experience in pain management and healing called the "Perfect Blend."

In her personal life, Dr. Arnold continues to follow her own spiritual path and live her mission of service and contribution in the world by traveling extensively throughout Central and South America providing missionary healing to those most in need. She also continues to support her profession by teaching adjusting skills throughout the United States at various seminars alongside some of the profession¹s most dominant and premier instructors.
